The Clanfield Practice

Reception is on 023 9259 3285, and the practice website is theclanfieldpractice.nhs.uk. nhs.uk lists reception hours of 8am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday and closed at weekends, last confirmed on 6 December 2024.
On the CQC site the practice appears under the provider name Dr R G Crispin & Partners, and the overall rating is Good. The report behind that rating was published on 14 July 2017, and the CQC says it reviewed the available information on 6 July 2023 and found no evidence that it needed to reassess the rating at that stage.
Rowlands Castle Surgery
Rowlands Castle Surgery is at 12 The Green, Rowland's Castle, PO9 6BN, in Rowlands Castle village. Reception is on 023 9241 2846 and the website is rowlandscastlesurgery.co.uk. nhs.uk lists reception hours of 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and closed at weekends, last confirmed on 24 September 2024.
The CQC rates it Good overall. Its last full report was published on 6 December 2018, and the CQC says it reviewed the information available on 6 July 2023 and did not find evidence that the rating needed reassessing then.
How do I register with a GP in Horndean?
Everyone in England can register with a GP surgery for free, and the NHS says you do not need proof of address, immigration status, ID or an NHS number to register online.
